What’s your go-to self-care activity?
At the moment I’m traveling a lot for modeling work while also being a new mum and running my own business so I have to be crafty about self care and fit it in whenever and wherever I can. My number one will always be a hot bath before bed, but lately I’ve been choosing to walk to our studio and that’s something I’m really enjoying.
Walk us through your morning and night skincare routine.
I am pretty basic with my skincare because so much product gets put on me at work and although I don’t have sensitive skin, I’m prone to breakouts. In the morning I begin with Neostrata oily solution toner, followed by Emma Lewisham Skin reset & eye cream, Khiels Ultra face cream and then Elta MD sunscreen. The evening is IsClinical active Serum and Emma Lewisham night cream. If I’m traveling or my skin needs a boost I love Activist botanical hydrating serum.
What platforms do you use to keep up with beauty content?
I’m lazy at keeping up with beauty news but then I get the best product updates and tricks direct from the makeup chair at work.
Any beauty advice?
When it comes to skincare keep it simple and consistent, It doesn’t have to cost a lot to be effective
Do you have a favourite beauty treatment you look forward to?
I love hydrafacials with light therapy and I try my hardest to get regular bodywork to help reduce the toll that my job and traveling takes on my body.
