Revlon celebrates International Lipstick Day

Now introducing 12 NEW iconic shades

New Zealand’s iconic lipstick changing more than just your lip colour this month as Revlon celebrates International Lipstick Day with Look Good Feel Better.

Revlon, a brand synonymous with empowering women for nearly a century, is once again making waves with a campaign that goes beyond beauty. This International Lipstick Day, celebrated on Monday, July 29th, Revlon has teamed up with Chemist Warehouse, the Delta Goodrem Foundation, and Look Good Feel Better (LGFB) to support those affected by cancer. Known as the #1 lip brand in both Australia and New Zealand, Revlon is bringing a powerful message of hope and support through their iconic Super Lustrous lipstick line.

The campaign, led by local brand ambassador Delta Goodrem, invites consumers to purchase any Revlon Super Lustrous lipstick from Chemist Warehouse stores between Thursday, July 11th and Wednesday, August 7th. For each lipstick sold, $2 will be donated to LGFB, a program that has provided practical support to over 170,000 individuals undergoing cancer treatment since 1990.

Revlon ANZ General Manager, Kaitlin Rady, expressed pride in the partnership with the Delta Goodrem Foundation and Chemist Warehouse, highlighting the importance of LGFB’s work. “As an organisation, LGFB provides invaluable, practical skills and knowledge to manage appearance-related side effects from cancer treatment. Knowing that we help in a small way to empower women and men to feel more like themselves, and hopefully face the day with a little more confidence, is very important,” she said.

This year, Revlon is not only donating funds but also celebrating by launching 12 new shades of their Super Lustrous lipsticks. This addition aims to refresh the partnership with LGFB and bring attention to the cause. “We take great pride in being the category leader and New Zealand’s number one lip brand,” Rady added. “This year we celebrate International Lipstick Day by refreshing our partnership with new and creative ways to bring together a key ‘moment’ for this moment in time and raising as much awareness as possible for the donation period.”

LGFB is a national community service program that offers free workshops to help cancer patients manage the physical, psychological, and social impacts of treatment. The program provides practical strategies for dealing with appearance-related side effects, helping patients regain confidence and a sense of normalcy during a challenging time.
