INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Juno Summer 2020
- 15ml Aperol
- 1x Passionfruit
- 120ml Soda
- 3x Passionfruit Vine
- 1x Lemon Slice
METHOD
- Strain one passionfruit into short tumbler glass. Place pulp to the side for garnish.
- Add ice, stir till well chilled. Add Juno Gin and Aperol, add more ice. Top with soda water.
- Garnish with lemon slice and passionfruit vines. Using a teaspoon layer the pulp on lemon slice. Enjoy.
