After a short stint away from the residential real estate coalface to spend time with his family and recharge the batteries, John Wills returns to his old stomping ground to do the job he loves so much.
Well known to many in the area, John has been a high-profile fixture on the local real estate scene for almost two decades.
He started selling real estate in Ponsonby in late 2003, later founding his own boutique agency in Grey Lynn during the 2008 recession.
During the month of June, John signed up with the busy team at Bayleys Ponsonby and is already running at full steam with several local listings already on the market.
Over the course of such a lengthy career, John has had success in all market environments and is greatly looking forward to rolling up his sleeves as we head into a busy spring and summer period.
