As the active co-founder of The Social Project, a social media and influencer marketing agency, Rachel has her finger on the pulse of this ever-evolving industry. Having met a great number of marketing managers, graphic designers, photographers, stylists and brand managers as a result of both of her business ventures, Rachel is extremely well connected, and never short of a candidate recommendation.
Founder and Managing Director Rachel, decided to shake things up where traditional recruitment was concerned. Bailey boasts many years in senior fashion, marketing, buying and wholesale roles, both in New Zealand and the UK.
