Whether you want to create a space for a product launch, a conference, training or a brainstorming session, we can help you create the ideal space to suit your needs. The Rotoma Conference room is a large-scale rectangle room which offers interchangeable seating arrangements and an interactive whiteboard. The Rotoiti and Tekapo training rooms are light and bright and feature long white desks and comfortable chairs. The Wakatipu library is the perfect workspace to get the creativity flowing with built-in whiteboards. The Taupo Boardroom is a private, contemporary, stylish and spacious space with feature lights and a dark oak table, perfect for product launches or your next round of discreet Board interviews. The Te Anau Café is a casual and contemporary open plan room located around the central designer kitchen in the hub of the building. If you require a larger space, the Rotoma, Rotoiti, Tekapo and Wakatipu rooms can be interlocked into one large even space hosting up to 150 people and offering different seating capacities and room specifications.

Events on Khyber is affordable with rates from $100/hr for the boardroom, from $335+GST for half-day room hire and from $465+GST for full-day room hire.
