The second dish, Smokey Pokey, is a modern twist on a classic Kiwi dessert, featuring caramelised Mānuka Honey UMF™ 18+ for a decadent finish.

To complement these dishes, resident sommelier Andrea Martinisi has created the “Wanna Bee” cocktail, a bourbon-based drink infused with Mānuka Honey UMF™ 18+, saffron, and Triple Sec, adding a sophisticated touch to the dining experience.
