Ingredients
- 150g cashews, soaked overnight
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tsp BOTANISTRY Digestive Jades
Method
In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate for 2 hours until set, and serve chilled with toppings of choice.
