Partnering with Wellington’s Bohemein Fresh Chocolates for the entire month, the talented chefs from DeBrett’s Kitchen will incorporate the all-natural Bohemein Fresh Chocolates ingredients to produce some delicious and memorable dishes.
Guests can kick-start their day with; deliciously fluffy Bohemein crepes; dark chocolate, berries, creme Chantilly, milk chocolate cremeux $16 (GST included), available during breakfast service daily and for brunch on weekends. Guests dining under the moonlit glass roof atrium, should ensure they leave room for the Bohemein Easter dessert; dark chocolate pave, chocolate crumb, mandarin, meringue, raspberry sorbet and white chocolate foam $12 (GST included). The roaring 20’s High Tea, available weekends, will also celebrate Easter with a special; Bohemein triple chocolate golden egg, a delight for both young and the young at heart.
Served daily in DeBretts Lounge, amongst coffee and delicious pastries, chocolate lovers will enjoy a Bohemein hot cross bun washed down with a Bohemein chocolate drink. And for those looking for something a little stronger, Housebar will be offering indulgent ‘choc’tails.
Easter gifts are easily taken care of, with a selection of delicious Bohemein goodies available to buy from the hotel’s lobby. And residential guests staying over the Easter weekend are guaranteed a visit from the Bohemein Bunny, with yummy chocolate treats at turn down.
The DeBretts team will also be challenging chocoholics across the nation to create a unique dessert using Bohemein Fresh Chocolates Pantry ingredients. The winner will receive a luxurious 1 night stay at the hotel, a delectable Bohemein Fresh Chocolates hamper and the opportunity of devouring their winning dessert at DeBretts Kitchen, where their winning recipe will feature on the DeBretts Kitchen menu for one month after the campaign period.
