Auckland Philharmonia’s spectacular 2024 Season has been announced!
With over 45 concerts to choose from, the announcement of Auckland Philharmonia’s 2024 Season will come as exciting news for music lovers across Tāmaki Makaurau.
Join Auckland Philharmonia for classical masterpieces, including Beethoven’s Seventh Symphony and Brahms’ First Piano Concerto, and a real highpoint of the season will be the only Auckland performance of Sibelius’ Violin Concerto by Grammy Award winning violinist, Maxim Vengerov.
Next year’s Opera in Concert is the epic Tristan und Isolde, one of Wagner’s best loved operas, and don’t miss the Auckland Philharmonia’s Matariki celebrations with Aotearoa’s hip hop and R&B legend, Ché-Fu.
There are also two iconic movies with live orchestra next year: Disney’s original animated classic, The Lion King, and the multi-award-winning, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.
