‘Tis Time for Celebration – Augustus

Augustus By Mudbrick teamed up with Verve to show us how to make these decadent cocktails and desserts, just in time for the festive season.

Coconut Mojito

Ingredients 
  • 60ml Coconut Infused Plantation No.3 Rum
  • 15ml Monin coconut syrup
  • 5x mint leaves
  • 12x lime wedge
  • 1x barspoon brown sugar
  • soda of your choice

Method

Add all ingredients into longdrink glass and muddle. Top up with crushed ice and soda. Garnish with fresh mint spring and lime wheel.

 

 

Espresso Martini

Ingredients 
  • 45ml Blue Duck Vodka
  • 15ml Kahlua
  • 30ml espresso
  • 30ml simple syrup

Method

Shake well with ice. Double strain into martini glass and garnish with three coffee beans.

 

 

Strawberry Magaritas

Ingredients 
  • 45ml Strawberry Infused Don Julio Tequila
  • 15ml Cointreau
  • 30ml Lime Juice
  • 12ml Monin Strawberry Syrup
  • fresh strawberry cut in half

Method

Place all ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake well and double strain into coupe glass. Garnish with half strawberry floating on top.

 

 

 

Pisco Sour

Ingredients
  • 60ml Waqar Pisco
  • 60ml chickpea brine
  • 30ml ime juice
  • 30ml sugar syrup

Method

Shake with hawthorne spiral and four ice cubes. Serve in coupe glass and garnish with dehydrated lime and three dried flower leaves.

    your hard copy magazine promises recipes for Profiteroles with Caramel Sauce and Chocolate Fondant in your online magazine but there are no recipes posted. can you please correct?
